1. Use of the Site

This Site provides information about Tiramisúp and a contact form for catering enquiries. You agree not to misuse the Site, including (but not limited to) attempting unauthorised access, submitting malicious content, or scraping content for automated purposes.

2. Content & intellectual property

All photography, copy, brand marks, illustrations, and design elements on this Site are the property of Tiramisúp or its licensors and are protected under Dutch and EU intellectual property law. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without our prior written permission.

3. Information accuracy

We strive to keep information on this Site (such as opening hours, dishes, and prices) accurate and up to date, but provide it on an “as is” basis. Please confirm any details by contacting us before relying on them.

4. Catering enquiries

Submitting the catering enquiry form does not constitute a binding order. A catering booking is only confirmed once we have replied to confirm date, menu, and price in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Tiramisúp shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or the information contained on it.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam.
